Our Management saw a problem within the Home Improvement & Realty industry, where General Contractors and Realtors were buying leads for hundreds of dollars a piece, and having to share them with 3-5 other competitors that are local and in the same industry. Many of you who are reading this now will know which lead vendors we are referring to. Not only were the leads being sold to multiple companies, but then the company would have to call the prospect and hope that the lead was legitimate. So our solution was simple…

How does The Altitude Club generate Live Appointments?
The prospects are generated through email, social media, direct mail, and direct marketing. Once a prospect has been identified, a live person from our office will perform a fact-finding phone call, where the prospect will be guided through a list of questions to ensure that the Appointment is qualified, and set according to your schedule. Once the Appointment has been set, a Live Lead is sent directly to your email, along with a recorded copy of the verification portion of the phone call.

Here at The Altitude Club, we realize that time is money, and appointment setting requires a unique skillset. It is more profitable for a business to spend it’s time directly in front of interested prospects than it is for the business to spend it’s time prospecting. Therefore, we eliminate the time, hassle, and effort that it takes to find and establish a relationship with someone who is interested in the services you provide.

Our Founder & CEO
Zac was born to parents who were members of the United States Airforce, and as child had the privilege of traveling to various countries throughout the world at a young age. His father was a flight mechanic, and his mother was a broadcaster, and while his family was actively stationed, he lived in Tokyo (Japan), North Korea, & Crete (Greece).At the age of 7, Zac and his family moved to the great State of Ohio. As a youth, he developed a love for basketball, which he still plays to this day. While in school, he became an adamant student of History & the English language. After graduating, Zac would transition direclty into Sales & Marketing.
Zac would go on to work for 2 very large Home Improvement companies based in Columbus, Ohio. It was here that Zac developed his knowledge of the sales process that businesses go through, and what separates good leads from bad leads. Zac helped manage a team of sales people that would cold call local homeowners and set appointments for Free Estimates on various Home Improvement projects. This knowledge of appointment setting would lay the foundation for what was to come. Zac then spent the next 7 years of his life in the Financial Services arena, where he obtained his Series 65 and Life Insurance licenses.
In 2022, Zac started The Altitude Club with the intention of helping business owners get in front of Qualified Prospects with Appointments that are vetted and insured. Zac oversees the Sales Teams, and ensures that the quality of our leads are at the forefront of our philosophy.Zac currently resides in Delray Beach, FL, where he enjoys working out, reading books on History & Philosophy, and sepnding time with the love of his life.
Co-Pilot & Queen Consort
Liana is of Armenian descent, and was originally born in Yerevan, which is the capital city of Armenia. While in Armenia, she attended Yerevan State University, receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Philology & Linguistics. She maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.95 and is fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian. She also speaks Italian & Farci at a basic level.
In 2007 she decided to pursue her long time dream of moving to the US, and settled in Queens, New York. While living in Queens, she attended Hunter College & ASA College where she received an Associate’s Degree in Nursing. In 2013 she was placed on the Dean’s List for her academic achievements, and in 2014 she was a President’s List Honoree. She would then go on receive her license as a Registered Nurse. Liana’s favorite part about living in New York was taking the ferry across the Brooklyn Bridge and exploring local shops in Dumbo, which coincidentally, is also her daughter’s favorite thing to do!
After spending 15 years in New York, Liana set her sights on south Florida, where she had frequently traveled for vacation. In 2022 Liana moved to Boca Raton, where she currently resides with her daughter Maria, and her son Gary. Liana still retains her RN License in both Florida & New York, and is a sorority member of Phi Theta Kappa.
Liana oversees the day to day operations of The Altitude Club, and ensures that our sails are set and our ship runs smooth!
